Every programme begins with physician assessment and review of your relevant medical history.

Depending upon your individual circumstances, previous medical records, laboratory investigations, imaging and other relevant clinical information may be reviewed.

Where clinically appropriate, Dr. Scheik may recommend additional laboratory testing or diagnostic investigations to develop a more comprehensive understanding of your current health, inform programme design and support ongoing clinical monitoring.

Required laboratory tests and diagnostic investigations are normally undertaken through appropriate laboratories or diagnostic facilities in the client’s city or country, allowing investigations to be coordinated locally wherever reasonably possible.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, laboratory testing, diagnostic investigations and other third-party medical services are not included in the programme fee and are paid separately by the client.

The purpose is not to perform more testing for its own sake. It is to obtain the information necessary to make thoughtful, individualised clinical decisions.

The Elite À la Maison Revitalisation Programme™ extends across approximately 12 months, incorporating 26 intensive days structured across three personalised phases.

The first intensive phase comprises approximately 10 days, followed by two further 8-day phases, typically around Months 4 and 8. The precise timing and structure may be adapted according to individual clinical circumstances, programme requirements and physician judgement.

Between the intensive phases, your relationship with PrivéRevive continues through physician review, monitoring, personalised guidance and programme refinement.

Private Physician Dossier — A confidential written summary of your assessment, physician insights, personalised recommendations and, where appropriate, the proposed direction of your PrivéRevive programme.

Should you subsequently enrol in the Elite À la Maison Revitalisation Programme™, the full US$3,500 assessment fee is credited towards your programme investment.

The Private Physician Assessment is designed to provide meaningful clinical value and greater clarity regarding the appropriate next steps, whether or not you ultimately decide to proceed with the programme.

Investment for the complete twelve-month Elite À la Maison Revitalisation Programme™ typically begins at US$150,000 and is determined individually following the Private Physician Assessment.

Elite À la Maison is not a standardised treatment package. Each programme is personally designed around your health circumstances, assessment findings, clinical requirements, objectives and the recommendations of Dr. Shams Scheik.

The programme investment is designed to be comprehensive and includes the physician-led programme, clinical interventions and consumables incorporated within your personalised programme, ongoing physician involvement throughout the twelve-month period, and physician travel and associated living expenses required for agreed programme delivery.

The final investment may vary according to the clinical requirements and complexity of your programme, the interventions selected, location and logistics of care, and other requirements specific to the individual.

For convenience, the agreed programme investment may be structured across three scheduled instalments over the course of the programme.

Laboratory testing, imaging and other diagnostic investigations are not included in the programme investment. Where required, these are normally undertaken through appropriate laboratories or diagnostic facilities in your city or country and are paid separately by the client.

Following your Private Physician Assessment and development of your preliminary personalised programme framework, you will receive a clear explanation of the proposed programme, what is included, the corresponding investment and the applicable payment structure before deciding whether to proceed.
